Woman arrested for selling drugs to Airmen on base while making food deliveries


A woman in Goldsboro, NC has been arrested and charged with selling narcotics to active duty service members at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base.

According to Wayne County Sheriff’s Office, Roberta Ann McClure, 29, is accused of trafficking and selling narcotics on base while making food deliveries.

According to WNCN, McClure has been charged with trafficking in opiates by possession, transportation, sell, and delivery; possession with intent to deliver Schedule II controlled substance; sell/deliver a Schedule II controlled substance; and conspiracy to sell/deliver a Schedule II controlled substance.

McClure is being held at the Wayne County Detention Center under a $507,500 secured bond.

Seymour Johnson Air Force Base is home to the 4th Fighter Wing (4 FW) of the Air Combat Command (ACC).
