The Islamic State (ISIS) fundamentalist organization has posted a new video showing a boy aged about 10 years old shooting two prisoners dead, the SITE Intelligence Group reported Tuesday. “ISIS has reached new depths of moral depravation,” said SITE director and co-founder Rita Katz, whose website published a still frame of the video. SITE has studied, tracked, and analyzed international terrorists, the global jihadist network and terrorism financing for more than a decade, according to its website.
