US Army Reserve soldier busted with stolen C4 explosives

A Utah man is in custody after police were tipped off to the whereabouts of some stolen C4.

According to Good 4 Utah, Provo Police EOD teams located the plastic explosives in the apartment of 21-year-old Adam Garceau, a US Army Reservist.

Following an anonymous tip, officers obtained a search warrant and scoured the house with EOD specialists and K9 officers. The C4 was located inside an ammo box that had been locked in a container.

Garceau has been booked into the Utah County jail for possession of explosives and stolen property. Police say that he allegedly stole the C4 from his unit.
