Two soldiers stationed at Washington’s Joint Base Lewis-McChord were arrested after they allegedly murdered a veteran on April 25.
Raylin D. James and Joshua Q. Gerald, both 20-year-old privates, were arrested without incident in Pierce County and taken in by the Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office.
The two men became the prime suspects in the murder of 20-year-old Leroy Scott, whose body was found in a local creek.
