A well-toned bikini model with over 1.1 million Instagram followers took on a challenge by a US Navy Sailor and YouTube personality- by taking the USN’s physical fitness test.
Three-time Bikini Olympia winner Ashley Kaltwasser and Sailor Austen Alexander (who has a popular YouTube channel) teamed up to perform the PT test, which consisted of sit-ups, push-ups, and a one-and-a-half-mile run.
The video was posted less than a month ago, and already has 2.5 million views
While Kaltwasser was tested using the admittedly lower Navy PT testing standards for females, she managed to do 62 situps, which isn’t bad at all.
In terms of testing her upper-body strength, Kaltwasser busted out 58 pushups in two minutes, while ending her 1.5-mile run in 11 minutes and 14 seconds.
“I feel like I need a protein shake,” she said after the PT test.
Kaltwasser was exhausted by the end, but managed to greatly exceed the grading standards set for Navy females, which also placed her in the lower “passing” area for a male Sailor.
Known as the Physical Readiness Test, the Navy’s fitness test can vary based on gender and age.
In his last PRT, Austen Alexander claimed he he did about 78 sit-ups and around 83 push-ups.
