Making it through Army basic training at 40 years of age is a feat in itself but that was a cake walk for Sgt. 1st Class Brian Marx.
At 41 years of age he had already made it though the Army’s Ranger Assessment and Selection Program, securing him a spot in the 75th Ranger Regiment.
Ten years later he’s still in the regiment.
Marx, at 51 years of age is the Communications Chief of 3rd Ranger Battalion at Fort Benning.
He’s a prime example of the saying “age is just a number.”
