Soldier stops “Cop Blocker” from harassing police officers

A cameraman whose only intention was to harass police officers with hopes of inciting an emotional and illegal response was interrupted by a soldier.  The man starts his recording by verbally harassing police officers in an unknown California city.  He demands their badge numbers and questions why they do not have a front license plate because it is “against your policy.”

After circling their cruiser and recording their license plate number, a bystander who happens to be a Soldier, could not sit by and watch the man try to bait the officers into an altercation.

The soldier confronts the cameraman, or “Cop Blocker,” and attempts to dissuade him from continuing his childish behavior.  This only results in the Cop Blocker baiting the Soldier into an altercation.

Are these so called Cop Blockers really protecting our constitutional rights by harassing police on patrols?  Or are they really people who just can’t accept someone in a position of authority over them and have to try to reverse the roles by invoking the First Amendment?
