Soldier caught “doing it” in public with underage Grindr date

A Fort Stewart Soldier was put away by authorities after he tried to have sex with an underaged boy in Georgia’s Chatham County.

Nicholas Anthony Fontana is facing sodomy and felony aggravated child molestation charges following his arrest on March 4th.

A law enforcement officer discovered Fontana having sex with another male in a shed behind a business in the local area, and the Soldier claimed he had met his “partner” on the Grindr app, but did not know his name.

Grindr is a “hookup” app for people of alternative lifestyles -mainly homosexuals- to meet potential partners for casual sex.

The underaged boy claimed to be 28, but later confessed to authorities that he was under 18, spelling trouble for 21-year-old Fontana.

According to WJCL, Fontana is a member of the 3rd Infantry Division, and his unit is aware of the charges.
