An Australian military veteran -who pursued fame through a somewhat sadistic and degenerate alternative lifestyle- is now reaping the whirlwhind of his choices, facing accusations of enslavement.
40-year-old James Robert Davis, an ex-forces member with a BDSM-themed OnlyFans page, was arrested on allegations of enslaving a woman between 2012 and 2015.
Davis, who previously made headlines for his polyamorous BDSM dungeon lifestyle that drew in several women, was taken into custody outside of a hardware store in New South Wales.
According to the Daily Star, Davis had “six amazing partners” that are subservient to him.
Following his arrest, however, it isn’t clear how voluntary much of that subservience was.
Mr. Davis’ property, known as the “House of Cadifor,” has a dungeon theme and is frequently featured in adult-themed material.
Upon searching the property, local police carrying out Operation Saintes found an array of BDSM gear.
Having served 17 years in the Australian Army, Davis wanted to get out of Sydney and go somewhere he could enjoy his lifestyle in a more peaceful setting.
It is unknown what Davis did in the Army, but he claims he is now a rope performer, fetish photographer, BDSM writer, kink educator, lifestyle dominant and consent advocate, as well as an “unlicensed gynecologist.”
Police allege between that Davis coerced a woman into prostitution for three years while they were living in Maroubra. She did not receive pay for her services.
Davis has been denied bail.
