Police officer who smashed disabled veteran’s phone is under investigation
Officer Wilson of the Riviera Beach Police Department is under investigation after getting into an argument with a disabled veteran over handicapped parking. Isiah James is a disabled veteran who was medically retired from the U.S. Army. During his time in service he was deployed to Iraq two times and claims he was blown up on multiple occasions by IED’s.
