Army veteran ID’d as person of interest in disappearance of Utah college student

Authorities in Utah are looking for a missing college girl, who reportedly actively sought older men to spend her time with in exchange for goods and other perks

University of Utah nursing student Mackenzie Lueck vanished after she took a Lyft to a Salt Lake City Park at 2 AM on June 17, with intentions of meeting a mysterious man.

Police have named a former Army IT specialist who owns a home five miles from a park where she went missing is a person of interest.

Social media and personal accounts from friends reveal that Lueck was actively dating men over 35 for monetary benefits, seeking out “sugar daddy/sugar baby” relationships and even giving advice to others on how to score wealthy older men.

Lueck had no problem telling people about her use of the Seeking Arrangement and Tinder apps to find men over 35 years old.

The 23-year-old nursing student was videotaped leaving the Salt Lake City airport, having recently attended her grandmother’s funeral in Los Angeles.

Friends and family are concerned about Lueck’s disappearance, noting that the college senior would never miss an exam or avoid using social media.

According to the Daily Mail, authorities are exhausting every lead in hopes of finding the girl.

“In regards to her online activity, we are aware of this aspect and continue to look into all facets of her life for leads into her disappearance,” Salt Lake City Assistant Police Chief Tim Doubt said.

Police claim that they received over 125 tips related to her case, and that there’s no indication of foul play in her disappearance.
