Paris under siege by terrorists, at least 26 reported dead, hostages taken

Update 1735 EST: The death toll is reportedly up to at least 35 people

Paris is currently under siege by terrorists that have already committed multiple acts of violence.  There have been many reports of shootings and suicide bombers around Paris.  At least two shootouts have occurred at restaurants.  Hostages have been taken at the Le Bataclan concert hall in Paris.

Separately, two explosions took place near the Stade de France stadium.  According to Bloomberg the President, François Hollande has been evacuated from the stadium where the France-Germany soccer match was taking place.  He is currently meeting with top security officials.
