Killing ISIS members is a wet dream for many who will never actually get the opportunity, but the good news is you can do it ‘virtually’ in your living room! Destructive Creations, a Polish gaming company, has just released “IS Defense” in which players defend continental Europe from an Islamic State invasion in the year 2020.
“They took over all of Northern Africa, spreading their genocidal understanding of the world’s order. Strongly armed, vast in numbers and prepared for everything, the Islamic State is launching the invasion upon Europe, over the entire Mediterranean Sea.”
While the game may not be as thorough as most gamers would like, it is a start to the new genre of Islamic State war games. As the player you are stuck in various stationary positions as a NATO machine gun operator on the shores of Europe – fending off an Islamic State assault of “D-day” proportion. While the player cannot move he does have the ability to upgrade gear, armor, and rank -affecting the game play and player experience.
‘IS Defense” is only a side-project for the Polish gaming company but the perks are it is only about $8 and you get to mow down thousands of ISIS members!
