A US Marine veteran won a $100 gift card and earned some time in the spotlight after drinking a beer from her prosthetic leg at a Lakers game in Los Angeles.
Annika Hutsler, who lost her leg to cancer, was spotted at the NBA game, which featured the LA Lakers vs the Indiana Pacers.
According to TMZ, the veteran stole the show by chugging a beer from her prosthetic, earning her the title “Fan of the Game.”
Hutsler is an athlete herself, and has won silver medals in the 100-meter and 200-meter wheelchair races at the US Department of Defense Warrior Games.

Unfortunately, her warrior spirit was not enough to lead the Lakers to victory- the LeBron James flagship team threw away a 17-point lead to the Indiana Pacers, losing 116-115.
In addition to athletics, Hutsler is a pin-up model with a strong social media following.
The veteran picked up the trade after her 2019 amputation and has used her looks to raise funds for good causes.
