Man who beat Iraq war vet and ran over with car will only receive probation

One of three suspects, Earl Agnew, charged for allegedly beating an Iraq war veteran at a Mobile gas station in IL will only receive probation for his role in the crime.

Earl Agnew pleaded guilty to the two charges of aggravated battery and mob action.  ‘

The Illinois State attorney’s office has said that Earl Agnew will only pursue probation for is role in randomly beating an Iraq war veteran and then running him over with a car.
