The man accused of murdering his father after showing off his decapitated head in a video posted to YouTube also confessed to the murder.
In the video, which was titled “Mohn’s Militia – Call To Arms For American Patriots,” Justin Mohn stated he killed his father and sent him to hell for his service in the US Army Corps of Engineers.
“This is the head of Mike Mohn, a federal employee of over 20 years, and my father,” Mohn said while holding up his father’s decapitated head in a plastic bag.
“He is now in hell for being a traitor to his country,” he added. “It is said those who commit treason and betray others occupy the lowest pits of hell for eternity for all time.”
During the video, he placed bounties on the heads of federal officials and attacked President Joe Biden’s administration, the Black Lives Matter movement, the LGBTQ community, and Antifa activists.
“The federal government of America has declared war on its citizens and the American states,” he says in the video. “America is rotting from the inside out as far left, woke mobs rampage our once prosperous cities.”
Police arrested Mohn in Fort Indiantown Gap, also known as “America’s busiest National Guard training center,” which is about 100 miles from the crime scene in Middletown, Pennsylvania.
He is facing charges in Pennslyvania for first-degree murder, abuse of a corpse, and possessing an instrument of crime with intent in connection with the Killing of his father, Michael Mohn.
Michael Mohn was in the Army Corps of Engineers where he worked as a geoenvironmental engineer in the Philadelphia area.
The Corps released a statement saying: “We are deeply saddened to learn of the tragic death of our teammate Michael Mohn. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Mohn family and we are focused on supporting our grieving employees at this time.”
