Local news releases burial location of terrorist who killed Marines in TN

During a time when the country’s emotions are running rampant in attempts to assign blame for the largest shooting massacre on U.S. soil, a local news station released the burial location of the terrorist responsible for killing four US Marines and a sailor in July of last year.

News Channel 9, a local news affiliate of ABC in Chattanooga, published the death certificate of Mohammad Abdulazeez the radicalized Muslim who attacked a Chattanooga recruiting station and USMC Naval Reserve Center, yesterday afternoon for no apparent reason other than because “death certificates are public record”.

New Channel 9’s motive for releasing his death certificate is not clear but they made no attempt to honor the service members that died on July 16, 2015 -almost a year ago.  Many would consider it reckless journalism at any time, but especially directly after an attack carried out by a Muslim on US soil.

What need does the public have for knowing the burial location of a terrorist unless they plan on desecrating the grave in retaliation?

News Channel 9 decided they would release the burial location but not release the location of the Abdulazeez family home in Hixson, Tennessee which was listed on the death certificate, so they redacted the document -even though it is public information.

Gunnery Sgt. Thomas Sullivan, Staff Sgt. David Wyatt, Sgt. Carson Holmquist, Lance Cpl. Squire “Skip” Wells, and Petty Officer 2nd Class Randall Smith were killed and Sgt. DeMonte Cheeley was injured during the July shooting by Mohammad Youssef Abdulazeez.
