ISIS issues new terror threat in video after taking credit for Brussels attack

The Chief Executioner of the Islamic State threatened greater attacks against the West, saying that the terror incident in Brussels was little more than a sample of attacks to come if Coalition forces continue to bomb Muslim cities, according to the Daily Mail.

Hicham Chaib, famous for countless high-level executions, informed the world of ISIS’ intentions in a video released last week, allegedly filmed in the city of Raqqa, Syria.

“As long as you bombard our Muslims with F-16s,’ he said,  ‘we will kill your people.”

The video showed damage and devastation around Raqqa, including interviews from what appear to be locals and an execution of a “spy”, with Chaib using a Glock pistol to put an end to the man’s life.

Joining ISIS in 2013, Chaib is based out of Raqqa, which is known as the “terror capital” of the world. Appearing in dozens of propaganda videos, he has become a celebrity with the Islamic State as well as extremists of the Belgian “Sharia4Belgium” terror cell.

According to the Department of Defense, US coalition forces conducted several successful airstrikes in Syria and Iraq on Sunday, including the destruction of an ISIS headquarters in Mosul.

The strikes were conducted as part of Operation Inherent Resolve, the operation to “eliminate the ISIL terrorist group and the threat they pose to Iraq, Syria, and the wider international community”, with air forces of nearly a dozen nations partaking in the strikes.
