In a new video purportedly broadcast by the Islamic State, ISIS terrorists are seen executing a men accused of being spies in “Wilayat al-Furat.” Also known as the “State of the Euphrates,” “Wilayat al-Furat,” Iraq is located north of Wilayat al-Anbar and borders Syria.
During the video, the ISIS executioner uses a Russian PKM machine gun to shoot the alleged spies in the back of their heads.
