Iraqi forces are being accused of committing a war crime after a troubling video of a young boy being ran over by a tank surfaced.
The video, shared by Barzan Sadiq of Kurdistan24, purportedly shows Iraqi Army soldiers outside of Mosul torturing and killing a young boy.
The extremely graphic footage shows the alleged soldiers dragging the boy in front of the tracks of a tank, driving it over him and firing their M-16s at him.
This week, the United Nations human rights office said ISIS fighters killed some 70 civilians in Mosul this week but there has not been any reported atrocities committed by Iraqi forces.
