Husband of Navy vet. suffering from brain cancer a second time goes viral for his tear-jerking serenade

A husband of a Navy-veteran wife battling brain cancer lovingly serenaded his spouse, helping her go into cancer treatments for a second time.

Ray Singleton, 30, of North Carolina, sang to Roslyn Singleton in support of her battle with brain cancer, winning America’s hearts in the process.

Initially “cancer-free” when they met in 2016 and married in 2018, she soon found that the cancer had come back the following year, causing pain for the family.

In a sweet video shared to Instagram, Ray sang a sweet melody to Roslyn while playing the piano, showing his devotion and support.

According to the Daily Mail, the clip amassed over 17 million views and caught the attention of singer Daniel Caesar, who recognized the tune as his own song, “Get You.”

For Singleton, it’s just part of his duties.

“I told my pastor and God in front of a lot of people, ‘I’m with her through sickness and health, and this is just a part of that,” he said.
