A soldier with over 15 years in the Army was arrested in Kansas for having sex with a child last week.
Fort Riley soldier Andrew Curtis Wahl was arrested on Friday, December 3rd by Junction City Police and booked into the Geary County jail.
Wahl was booked on charges of Aggravated Criminal Sodomy with a child less than 14 years of age, and Aggravated Indecent Liberties with a Child; Fondling a Child under 14.
According to WIBW, Fort Riley Public Affairs Office stated Wahl joined the Army in 2005 and has been assigned to Fort Riley since February 2020.
According to Geary County jail’s website, Wahl appears to have been released on bond.
