An alleged US Army Soldier in Texas reportedly used vape pens to lure teenagers into an apartment before raping them.
Peter Wesley Alfonce has been arrested and charged with the alleged sexual assault of two minors in Killeen.
Alfonce engaged with the two teens via Instagram on February 11, 2022, telling the two high school students that he could get them vape pens.
After picking the teens up and taking them inside an apartment, the victim said Alfonce warned them he would not let them leave until one of them performed oral sex on him.
According to KWTX, one victim said her 15-year-old friend accompanied Alfonce to a bedroom, but later came back out of the room and told her she, too, would have to perform oral sex on Alfonce.
When one victim refused, she was raped.
Alfonce claimed he was in the military and was not going to be punished due to his status.
“They do not go to prison,” he said, reportedly wearing ACUs at the time.
Alfonce is being held at the Bell County Jail on a $100,000 bond on charges of sexual assault of a minor under the age of 17.
