Florida couple arrested for an indecent sex act at veterans’ memorial in broad daylight

A Florida couple were arrested for lewd behavior near a veteran’s memorial in the Tampa area.

Grant Mulder, 48, and Lauren Baugh, 41, who have prior criminal arrests an convictions, were spotted having sex in front of passersby while at a park at Largo’s Central Park near Tampa.

The incident, which took place on Saturday, and prompted a response by police.

Largo Police report indicated that one responding officer saw Baugh “lying on her back with her legs spread apart and her vulva exposed as her boyfriend and co-defendant performed cunnilingus on her.”

“It should be noted that the defendant was not only visible to the patrons of the park,” the report continued, “But to passers-by on East Bay Drive, which is a highly-trafficked roadway by both pedestrians and vehicles.”

According to the Daily Mail, the police report note that both individuals were currently residing at a homeless shelter.

Baugh was released on $150 bond while Mulder pleaded “no contest” to charges and accepted the $600 fine.
