The veteran approaches the man and asks him what his MOS is, he responds, “I have multiple MOS”.  He continued to say he is “Special Operations”; then recants and says he was civil affairs.

When asked what his rank was when he retired he pauses for a while and then points at his dash, where there is a SFC rank sticker, and says “Seven.”

The perpetrator goes on to say that being recorded “will not stop me [from wearing the uniform].”  “You can buy these [ACUs] anywhere…”

After seeing his Operation Iraqi Freedom bumper sticker, the veteran asks him when he went to Iraq.  The perpetrator simply replies, “It’s none of your business.”

Anyone who served knows a retired platoon sergeant would not be going to the car wash in ACU’s.  In the off chance a retired Sergeant First Class did decide to do that, he sure as hell would not let a former junior enlisted soldier call him a “Sh*t bag!”
