CNN exclusive: ISIS fighter says U.S. airstrikes aren’t effective

A former ISIS fighter claimed, during an exclusive CNN interview, that the U.S. airstrikes are ineffective are are not taking a real toll on ISIS.  He seemed confident when stating that the U.S. has not diminished ISIS’s strength nor their funding with the current air campaign.
