On Saturday, while roaming the annual Gay Pride Parade in London, CNN International reporter Lucy Pawle stumbled upon an “unnerving” sight: An unidentified man flying what appeared to be the flag of the jihadist Islamic State (ISIS).
CNN ran a breaking news story about her sighting all the while no one noticing what was on the flag itself.
Pawle does say the flag’s wording doesn’t appear to be Arabic. She says it appears to be “gobbledygook.”
No one at CNN recognized the symbols as dildos and butt plugs but rather seemed quite disturbed that ISIS could have infiltrated the parade with no one seeming to notice.
