According to local reports, a double amputee veteran shot a doctor in the Riviera Beach VA Medical Center ER room tonight.
Few details are known at this time, including whether the doctor was the only shooting victim. He has been transferred to a nearby trauma center.
According to WPTV, the veteran had the gun under the cushion of his wheelchair.
Riviera Beach police are assisting the VA police but the FBI is reportedly taking over the investigation.
