Army veteran "smokes out" an entire festival with a leaf blower packed full of weed

Did someone say “fire for effect, danger close?”

Well, this Army veteran doesn’t care if they did or not because hes dropping some “Willie Pete” (I mean some Willie Nelson special) on everyone around him.

laugh for no reason

forget things that just happened
