The Army Criminal Investigation Command (CID) and the FBI have arrested Michael Walker, a 36-year-old Army medic after he was indicted by a grand jury yesterday.  His charges include planning and assisting in the gruesome murder of his wife.

He is accused of aiding, abetting, and conspiring to commit first degree murder of his wife at the Aliamanu Military Reservation in Hawaii, according to the Star Advertiser.

Walker’s 38-year-old wife, Catherine Walker was found with multiple stabs wounds and her throat slashed in the couple’s home on November 15, 2014.  The case went unsolved for many months before police arrested 24-year-old Aliza ‘Lisa” Jackson on first-degree murder charges.

Originally Michael Walker was not considered as suspect despite telling the police that he had been arguing with his wife the night before her body was found.  This was due to a solid alibi; he was at work at the Tripler Army Medical center was she was murdered.

Later investigators learned that a love triangle was the reason behind the murder.  The federal investigation revealed that Michael was having an affair with Jackson who lived with her parents in the same neighborhood at the time.

Court documents say Jackson willfully, deliberately, maliciously, and with premeditation stabbed Cathy to death.

Jackson is being held without bail at the federal detention center in Honolulu until her upcoming trial date on November 12, 2015.
