The Ford Mustang converted in the Air Force’s X1 Super Car is back on tour, making it’s most recent stop in Duluth, MN. On Sunday, U.S. Air Force stopped by the Duluth Children’s Museum to show off the X1 Super Car. The car was built by seven Airmen and Mad Mike from the MTV show “Pimp My Ride.” The inside was built to mirror an F16 cockpit and even has an ejection seat with a parachute. It was built in 2009 and intended to be a mobile marketing campaign to educate young people on the mechanical and technical career opportunities available in the Air Force.
