A U.S. Army private stationed at Fort Hood, in Texas, has been arrested for recording an act of sexual assault.
According to Harker Heights police, on Feb. 10, 19-year-old Dillan McCullers went to a residence in the 1600 block of Indian Trail and sexually assaulted a victim, while videotaping the act.
On February 20, an affidavit for the arrest of McCullers was issued for the offenses of sexual assault and unlawful disclosure of intimate material.
According to KWTX, the sexual assault conducted by McCullers was rape.
The next day, a warrant was issued for his arrest.
He was charged with sexual assault and unlawful disclosure of intimate material. According to jail records, he was booked into the Bell County Jail Monday afternoon, where he remained Tuesday in lieu of bonds totaling $100,000.
McCullers is assigned to Fort Hood’s 2nd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division.
