Country song about “Doc” will have you in tears

Country duo Jordan Walker and Johnny Mcguire.

If you have served in the military, especially if you have seen combat, you know and love Doc.  Doc is your best friend because you know he is the one who will save you on the battlefield.

In the Army, Doc is a medic and in the Marines he is a Navy Corpsman, but he is loved the same by both branches.

Walker McGuire, an upcoming country band caught their break when they were picked up by the nationally syndicated radio show “Chasin the Dream.”  In Augst 2013, their song titled “The Color Pink” climbed to #42 on the iTunes chart just days after it was released.

The duo, Jordan Walker and Johnny McGuire, are from the “heart of the USA – Vernon, Texas and Fairway, Kansas.” Their inspiration for the song “They Call me Doc” came from an unnamed Navy Corpsman who saved the lives of many Marines during combat operations in Iraq.

This tear jerking tribute is to all of the “Docs” past and present!
